Summer Camp Music Festival 2010

Twenty-year-old prodigy child Grant Jackson, aka K@DOG, has been pulsating eardrums in Detroit for the past two years with his grimey dubstep concoctions. His unique style of live midi sampling and effects processing makes people scratch their heads while nodding them harder than they ever imagined they could. K@DOG is the resident DJ for Dubstep Circus and has opened for Excision, Dieselboy, and Phaded. He has played packed shows with other revolutionary artist sensations such as Papadosio, Inkface, Messkid, POPSH!T, Freddy Todd, Elfkowitz, Seek Selekta, The Hood Internet, and Dubphonics. When he's not playing shows, you are guaranteed to spot K@DOG at your homie's house, plugging in his computer and midi controller at every chance he gets. Sometimes this scares the newbies, but eventually they too are wildly dancing off into sonic space. K@DOG's love for eccentric sounds, filthy basslines, and community grows each day- as does his loyal following of fellow bass-freaks.
